Louisville business owners struggling for a competitive edge seem to have a credible resource by joining Vistage Louisville Chair Michael Strickland is helping many entrepreneurs to take their businesses to a new level. According to a 2013 analysis companies that joined Vistage over the past five years grew at twice the rate of average U.S. companies.
A recognized Vistage Chair since 2008, Michael Strickland is a seasoned business mentor & growth strategist backed by more than 3 decades of experience as a business owner & CEO. He also holds membership with National Speakers Association. He currently facilitates three Vistage groups in the Louisville Metro area.
Michael brings together business owners to meet one day per month with their peer group of CEOs to work ON their businesses. Most of group meetings begin with a nationally recognized speaker with topics that are designed to have an immediate impact on their businesses. Examples of topics that can include Leadership, Sales Force Management, Digital Marketing, maximizing Social Media, Handling Conflict, Recruitment of Talent, etc. The speakers are nationally recognized in their field.
After the speaker session, the afternoon is a closed door confidential session where members discuss their pressing business issues and opportunities. In addition Michael as Chair meets one-to-one with each member monthly in a two hour coaching session.
The group’s goals are to help improve each other’s businesses by serving as an advisory board to each other.
