If we concentrate on his training, he was meant to be an engineer but he managed to carry off manifold careers at one stretch. His studies and understanding about the concepts of the paranormal, metaphysics and meditation, from over forty years experience escalated his notion as to how a healthy body and mind help us to live longer.
