Attorney David H. Simmons has won the Florida Senate Seat District 22, unopposed, by using connections with Seminole County corrupt Judges to get court orders over his opponents not to run against him.

Orlando, FL, October 03, 2010 -- If you happen to see the new commercials being run by David H. Simmons, it is him thanking you for your support. What a slap in the face of District 22 voters! Why such a slap in the face? Come November, you won’t even be able to vote against David Simmons on the ballot. Simmons’ commercials won’t tell you that he put gag orders on his political opponents, using a multimillion dollar client’s money, and in connection with corrupt Seminole County Court Judges Nancy Alley and Alan Dickey.
Although the commercials won’t tell you the corruption behind David Simmons, Google.com will do so. “Vote No” search results appear across the board when doing a search by Simmons’ name or the Senate seat number. However, the good people of District 22 won’t even get to “Vote No” because David Simmons has conned his way into office. The Florida Elections committee has been notified, and we encourage you to boycott this election until you can truly vote for your Senator. I think anyone that knows the story behind David Simmons shutting down websites that say “Vote No” for him in the prior years would not want him in office.
A republican that is against free speech for violation of constitutional rights should not be in office. John Morgan is supposed to be “For the People” of Orlando, but where is he to be found upon hearing of this criminal enterprise entering office? When asked about the David Simmons Senate scandal John Morgan stated “I had to cover my butt,” referencing the donation John Morgan made to David Simmons campaign. In a campaign that raised over $350,000 for a Florida Senate seat, how much of that money came from ex-clients that Simmons represented, such as convicted felon and founder of nysnc Lou Pearlman, is unknown. What we do know is America is a country where the best right of a citizen is to be able to vote and choose an elected public official. David Simmons has taken your civil liberty away based on his corruption and scandalous ways.
