“We were just about to graduate from NJPMA’s leadership class when President Phil Cooper resigned for personal reasons. His absence left a lot of gaps to fill, so my classmates and I took it upon ourselves to help fill that significant void. The chance alone was a pretty amazing one, but the level of opportunity it’s provided me with both at the higher industry level and just within my own market has been amazing,” said Ross.

"I decided to apply because I have been in the industry for many years and thought it was time to give something back," Ross adds. "I also felt that it would help my company grow."
