Customer service training specialists Sold Out Trainers are delighted to announce that they will be holding a one-off customer service training workshop at the Marriot Hotel in Leicester in December. This exciting new workshop, entitled “Keeping Your Customers,” is designed to show delegates the importance of retaining customers while equipping them with practical skills to be able to do so through improved customer service.
It can cost five times more to attract new customers than it does to keep our existing customers happy.
