Utilising The Compliance Group’s web enabled self service solution; clients are able to access Payroll, Human Resources and Health & Safety data from around the world in a secure environment.
The self service and work flow solutions allow nominated staff to update and view information as well as making important policies and protocols available to staff at all times. The Payroll Service allows staff to update their own personal details and gives managers the ability to sign off, on‐line expenses and variable pay elements. The overall solution provides a “life cycle” approach to
managing employees from recruitment and selection through to appointment, induction, career development, employee relations and exit.
As well as supporting clients through a self service web solution, The Compliance Group provides training in Payroll, Human Resources, Employment Law and Health & Safety. As part of the continuing development programme, client’s management and staff are offered regular on site and on line training and updates to support Payroll Services, Human Resources and Health & Safety.
The true benefits of outsourced solutions, coupled with the web application, provides a dispersed work group with a consistent approach to employee support. This allows line managers to feel supported where ever they may be, in the office or out on the road.
The Time and Attendance module of the web solution allows organisations to record work activity and measure productivity across a broad range of criteria. This allows a seamless integration into Payroll, increasing the speed at which payroll can be processed and thus allowing the managers to view KPI’s in a more time efficient manner.

We provide Health & Safety consultancy services to companies across most service sectors. We provide bespoke Health & Safety systems, bench marking and carry out regular audits to ensure protocols are being followed. This provides managers and directors of the business with a web
dashboard indicating the state of Health & Safety compliance within the business.
Web Applications
