Though there are many technical difficulty to develop offshore wind energy, we still believe China will make a great progress in offshore wind energy projects in the future as the onshore wind energy. We estimate China Offshore Energy Development Planning programme will be launched before the end of the year, which will greatly support the development of China offshore wind energy in the policy.
