The software will make the purchase of expensive, out of date mailing lists a thing of the past, and provide lists that are 99 percent accurate, according to Acosta.

The software works by “scraping” current information from sources such as YellowBook, the Superpages, Craigslist, and Google, providing lists of leads based on whatever keywords an insurance agent enters, such as “Chicago dentists” or “realtors Delaware”. Insurance agents can search for leads based on industry, location, and more, and will get a list that includes the names, email addresses, physical addresses, and telephone numbers of each lead.

The information is stored in an easily accessible CSV file.
