London, UK 15/11/2010 - Mortgage Broker Just Us Mortgages, is today launching a country-wide Facebook competition that will give one lucky winner free conveyancing worth up to £750*.
Dominic Hennessy is thrilled to be offering this competition on Facebook, which he believes is a first for the mortgage industry in the UK. Says Dominic, "We're very excited to be launching this competition on Facebook to further enhance the way we communicate with our clients and people looking for a mortgage."
Just Us Mortgages provides mortgages and mortgage advice to home buyers across the South-East and, increasingly, UK-wide.
To take part in the free-to-enter competition, individuals may visit http://goo.gl/MWFX3 and log in using their Facebook details. They'll then be sent to the competition page. The winner will be selected by random after December 12th when the competition will close. The prize is free conveyancing of up to £750* through Alen Buckley Solicitors, a London based firm with considerable experience in the property market.

As independent mortgage advisers, clients can choose how Just Us Mortgages are paid. They can opt to pay no fee and Just Us Mortgages may on completion receive a commission from the lender. Alternatively a client can on completion pay Just Us Mortgages a fee of 0.5% of the loan, and they will refund any commission received from the lender back to the client.
