It is the royal battle in the cyber world. In past few days the hackers of India and Pakistan have defaced more than 1000 websites in each other’s countries and many of these websites are important government websites.
After the group of Pakistani Hackers, Predators PK, has defaced, the central bureau of Investigation website. In reply, India’s cyber warriors have damaged the website of Oil and Gas Regulatory of Pakistan ogra.org.pl) among others.
Cyber War is basically described for the use for Internet to wage war in virtual world of technology. Often in real effects in the physical world. Although cyber wars generally refers to attacks between two rival countries. It is also used to get the information’s to describe the attacks between corporations from the organizations which are run by terrorists.
In some past years it has become the major issue of much concern among the major countries in the world. And now every national military has an individual office for conducting and defending against cyber warfare.
CBI officer told that “our website is hacked by some unidentified hackers on Friday night. And they had posted a message “PAKISTAN ZINDABAD” there. He also said that their website is not hacked often but this has happened and meeting will be held to solve this problem and will decide what actions they have to take. But now we have no idea that who is doing this.”
While the banner and index of the CBI’s website is intact, the group has posted a message, disrespectful India’s investigation agency; the website was down on Saturday as well. That message read “ this attempt was for the response to the Pakistani websites , which was hacked by Indian Cyber Army, saying “we told you before….we are sleeping not dead”.
Private Newspapers Company has reported that how the Indian Cyber Army (ICA) which is powered by indishell.in has carried out a mass defacement operation on important Pakistani websites. A group of Pakistani hackers (PCA-Pakistan Cyber Army) responded by hacking around 270 Indian websites including major website of CBI.
An Indian hacker has said on the condition of mystery that “PCA has not done a great job; they have only attacked soft targets and such susceptible websites which floats around the web.
If anyone analyze the screenshot of the compromised website of CBI, even after hacked this website has retained top headers and side bars. This is happened because of Indian Media. They have made this issue very big, which is not worth of it. He added
ICA has also compromised the website which belongs to Hizbul Mujahedeen (hizbmedia.net) which can be very useful to the Indian government; “it is just the small example that how government could utilize the secret information of their rival countries and how they can utilize the cyber space to strengthen their national security.
“If these types of attack executes properly than it could produce long information about such terror outfits and can also help in damaging their network in the country” added by Dhruv Soi, Director of Torrid Network.
