San Mateo, California - December 14, 2010 Always Best Care - Peninsula is pleased to announce it is now an authorized provider of the American Red Cross Family Caregiving Program. This affordable program features eight presentations designed to help people who care for others by teaching them to build skills, reduce stress, understand legal, financial and medical issues and balance their responsibilities. “We’re delighted to offer the American Red Cross Family Caregiving Program available in San Mateo County. We hope that the family caregivers and the care recipients will greatly benefit in this program,” said Angela Encarnacion, Manager/Care Coordinator of Always Best Care Senior Services of San Francisco Bay Area - Peninsula.
Family Caregiving presentations are offered right in your community at caregiver support sites such as hospitals, community centers and employers. Each presentation is just one hour long fitting into today’s busy schedules. The modular program design lets you choose any presentation you need.

• Positioning and Helping Your Loved One Move • Assisting with Personal Care
• Healthy Eating • Caring for the Caregiver
