Dr William Addison of the Bridge County Fitness Research Facility recently performed a study based on the effectiveness of highly popular "supplement stacks".
A stack, being a collection of supplements is said to be one of the easiest and most efficient ways for weight lifters, athletes, bodybuilders etc to gain muscle and lose fat.
Dr Addison decided to put these stacks to the test with a group of amateur bodybuilders.
Addison ensured each bodybuilder reported to the tesing facility 1 hour prior to the workout, ingested the proper supplements, performed a high intensity workout and ingested the after workout supplements for each stack.
Also supplying each of the subjects with a strict diet to ensure the playing field was even.
After 6 weeks of study a stack called "The Warfare Stack" by Muscle Warfare was the clear victor with an average of 4 lbs of muscle gained by each subject more then all other subjects.
The Muscle Warfare Stack which clearly states no illegal ingredients and steroid free was then rigourosly tested on a group of athletes at a football spring training camp.
