Music lovers must get ready for an upcoming steamy singing trip in their beloved cities as months of speculation came to an end and when the newly reunited “New Kids on the Block” band confirmed their summer 2011 joint tour with the pop band “Backstreet Boys”.

Music lovers must get ready for an upcoming steamy singing trip in their beloved cities as months of speculation came to an end and when the newly reunited “New Kids on the Block” band confirmed their summer 2011 joint tour with the pop band “Backstreet Boys”. The common point of interest that brings two bands closer is the fact that both enjoyed great success during 1990s. The fans of both bands title the group as NKOTBSB and its one of its own type show that puts the two highly successful bands on the same road. NKOTBSB has become one of the most sought after tours in 2011 and the demand was so high that made the organizers to add 18 more dates to the tour including second shows in Chicago and Toronto. This tour is a golden chance for fans missing the first ever collaborative performance of both bands at the Radio City Music Hall in June.
NKOTBSB will debut their next year summer tour on June 2, 2011 at the Mohegan Sun Arena, Uncasville, CT followed by June 3 performance at Verizon Center, Washington, DC and at TD Garden, Boston, MA on June 4. Next NKOTBSB will make a stop at Philadelphia where they will go live at Wells Fargo Center on June 5; the public sale for the show ticket opens from Dec 11 at 10am. After their June 7 show at Bell Centre, Montreal, QC, NKOTBSB will fly for Canada where they will perform two shows on June 8&9 at the Air Canada Centre, Toronto, ON. They will resume their combined act in US on June 11 and the rest of the tour will run through July 9 across the country including cities Uniondale, East Rutherford, Pittsburgh, and Detroit, Chicago, Nashville, Atlanta, Lafayette, Houston, Texas, Phoenix,, Las Angeles, San Jose, Las Vegas, Tacoma and Vancouver. Five of these the NKOTBSB shows are either already sold out or close to it, however majority of the shows opens their ticketing on Saturday, December 11.
NKOTBSB holds the Joey McIntyre, A.J. McLean, Jordan Knight, Howie Dorough, Jonathan Knight, Donnie Wahlberg, Brian Littrell, Danny Wood and Nick Carter on their tour performers list while many BSB fans will miss Kevin Richardson, the former oldest member of BSB.
