Santa Cruz, Bolivia, December 27, 2010 – Volunteer Challenge has managed to establish itself as a well known program that offers international volunteer service to the volunteers. The program offers volunteer service abroad has various projects in Bolivia which allows the volunteers to participate in them and learn more about the local community. It gives them a chance to interact with the people and learn about the culture easily. Commenting on the popularity of the program, Mrs. Teresa Tellez who founded it said, “We have been running our international volunteer service since the last 6 years and have managed to be quite popular with the volunteers. Volunteering in Bolivia allows our volunteers to interact with the local community in Bolivia and get a good exposure. Before participating in these projects we encourage the volunteers to learn Spanish so that they can understand the native’s language.”
For volunteering in Bolivia, the volunteers need to fill in an application form and be willing to spend two weeks at Bolivia. Two weeks is the minimum stay duration after which the volunteers have the option to extend the stay for a longer time. The program charges a very affordable price for the projects and this way the volunteers can enjoy an affordable vacation and enjoy being a part of the international volunteer service.
The different projects that are offered under the program include environment projects, wildlife projects, educational projects, and a number of other such projects that can give the volunteers a good exposure. They get to stay with the local community and this further gives them a chance to learn about the cultural of Bolivia. The program also provides for meals for people volunteering in Bolivia under their program.
Talking more about the volunteer program abroad, Mrs. Teresa Tellez said, “We make sure that the people opting for the international volunteer service are comfortable.
