The country has recently seen economic growth as there has been a higher speed within the economic quarter than ever anticipated. This is the case as growth has hit a height that has not been achieved in a decade, which may indicate a future growth in the office market.

These reports are based upon statistics that have revealed that gross domestic product has significantly grown within recent months, increasing higher than any previous forecasts or estimates.

This one increase has been the largest increase in recent memory; a statistics that is no doubt due to increases within the construction industry, in particular the construction of commercial property. This will no doubt create more office buildings within key areas, which will be great for companies that have just been established.

During recent weeks this statistic has shot-up even further perhaps because of increases within the corporate sector; which counter previous figures and expectations from financial advisers for the country as a whole.

However, many financial experts are advising investors to be cautious as in the next quarter could represent a peak in the rate of recovery and any further gains on a scale similar to recent figures is very unlikely.

Sean Davis, an economist, said, "Even though the increases within this quarter, in its entirety, seems very unlikely to match the previous economic period, it is nevertheless still possible that the country may still be able to notch up the economic performance and produce a very respectable pace of output."

If this financial assessment is accurate then the country will witness a decline in unemployment figures as companies grow and expand their workforce. This growth is perfect for the office market as it should mean that vacancy rates within the real estate markets should show signs of improvements as companies take more office space.

Therefore, a lot of business will no doubt use these financial statistics as a clear indicator of what will happen within their sector and will then use this data to make decisions about their company. Although, many financial experts are warning against this as the economy may swing back around again or just level off.

Robin Sutcliffe at officebroker.com said, "These figures are extremely promising, specifically when they are combined with recent figures which show an equally strong increase in high street spending. That said, it is expected that measures will be put in place to ease spending and that the economic climate as it is, is the best we can currently expect as slower growth could be on the cards nearer to the end of March"

This assessment has also been reached by Jack Kazinsky who is an economic writer for the internet magazine The European Economist - IAG. They said, "The recent increases, though highly robust, should be used with caution. As the GDP for the country shows that the recovery that has been experienced is not secured or permanent. Many sectors are more than unlikely to sustain the recent levels of financial growth as they enter the next economic quarter. However, it is not all bad news as many well-established companies have recently taken London office space and upon initial assessments they seem to be thriving."

This being the case it is advised that businesses take this time to fully assess the market and make an informed decision about the future of their business. They should not act based upon a current estimate of the economic climate as it is likely to change a few months down the line. Rather a company should determine what the state of their company is and whether future economic changes can be accounted for.
