WorkforceGrowth.com, a performance management system designed for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) launched its new Version by the name of K-2. WorkforceGrowth is a system which is already admired by many companies that it is the simplest performance management system for SMEs. After an in-depth market research, we launched this new version which has easier handling tools compared to the previous version. Mr. Haris Khan, CEO and Founder of WorkforceGrowth said on the launch of new version “Performance reviews need to be simple not dumb and that’s why we took on the challenge to make our system not only simpler but also more usable and beautiful. Based on our customer’s feedback and in-depth user behavior we have launched our new User Interface (UI) as part of K-2 release”

We launched these new tools keeping in mind the user’s behavior. Personal Dashboard allows employees to overview their performance. While through Company Dashboards, the managers and executives can now view departments and whole company’s performance to review their strategies. Moreover, the users can now visually see .and structure the whole organization hierarchy. Our users can now instantly upload their employee records in bulk and can have a better experience with our new interface.
