Taskenstein’s task scheduler is a web-based program which allows people to access the program from any device that has Internet access. Each person who uses the task scheduler may log into a secure account that maintains all the tasks they have created. The Internet sign on is a secured username and password created by the individual when one signs up as a member with Taskenstein.
As the program is a web-based program, this allows almost continual access. Many task scheduler programs are only available from one’s personal computer because it is has been downloaded. This limits the ability users have to access the program. As Taskenstein’s task scheduler is web-based this allows people to access the program any time they want.
The task scheduler is useful to people because it helps maintain and organize all the tasks a person has to complete. These tasks are inputted by each member. As the member is inputting the tasks, one can rate these tasks in an importance level. Task can be assigned an urgent or important rating or a non-urgent rating. This is very helpful for people because the program can prioritize these task based on the importance level assigned by the user.
Additionally, the task scheduler allows people to input a variety of different tasks that can be applied to both work, personal, and family life obligations. Many task schedulers are created for either a work to do list or a family to do list and often do not combine these. Taskenstein realizes that people do not have two separate lives, but that work and family are incorporated into one life. For this reason the task scheduler combines the two tasks lists so neither one takes priority over the other.
The task scheduler is easy to use and helps keep a person organized on a daily basis. Every morning a user may login and pull up the daily task list. The task scheduler program has compiled the tasks into a daily task list. The criterion used is based on the importance levels assigned by the user. This daily task list helps direct a person to what needs to be done that day. In this way, it helps a person by giving them focus on the daily tasks.
