March 23rd 2011 - The Electronics, Sensors and Photonics Knowledge Transfer Network (https://ktn.innovateuk.org/web/espktn) will be running a brokerage facility at NEW UK next month, allowing visitors and exhibitors alike to pre-arrange meetings and introductions to new business contacts.
Commenting on the latest feature to NEW UK Claire Saunders – Event Director comments “We are very pleased to be able to offer this brokerage facility to our audience over the two days of the exhibition.
Delegates will be able to maximize their networking opportunities by taking advantage of this meeting brokerage facility. The online brokerage tool allows them to pre-arrange meetings and introductions to new business contacts who will be exhibiting at, or visiting, the show. The dedicated meeting area at the show will provide a convenient and comfortable space in which to conduct these meetings."
She added “Exhibitions are an ideal platform to meet companies, strengthen existing relationships and to source new products and services to improve work techniques. This area will, I hope, encourage companies to let their staff out of their facilities and attend a business event which will offer them a good return on their investment – their time”
