Well known in the Stress Management industry as the exponent of looking after staff and
work place wellbeing Ms Gardner Martin is keen to get the right advice to workers especially in these days of job cuts and excessive work routines.
Speaking from her UK base Ms Gardner Martin said " In every country we are seeing the effects of pressure on employees at every level to work harder incase their jobs are made subject to cuts.
Some of the things that are cut first tend to be things like staff wellbeing incentives. Workers however still need to stay well. My company will always offer workers at any level and of any type of industry support and advice to get back the wellbeing balance in these times of massive changes in how we work."
Ms Gardner Martin has also announced that the 2nd edition of her stress management book will be launched on the revamped website.
