VirtoSoftware has released an updated version of Virto Workflow Status Monitor for comprehensive monitoring of running SharePoint workflows. A simple and effective component that is fully compatible with both SharePoint 2007 and SharePoint 2010, allows administrators to be fully informed on all running workflows as well as related issues and errors. The new version of the web part provides SharePoint administrators with additional tools for searching and filtering workflows, reporting and workflow management.
Although standard Microsoft SharePoint-based solutions include dozens of interrelated workflows, more complex solutions will require hundreds and even thousands of workflows. In such a case, the administrator's major task is to provide stable functioning of all the workflows.
