The idea behind the incentive program according to Sergey Temnikov, CEO of eQuality Solutions, is to put the program into the hands of more people who represent non-commercial organizations. "As the economy continues to be a challenge and budgets are tight, we are piloting the discount incentive program to help schools, colleges, their administrations, employees of government and non-profit organizations, as well as independent contractors using the computers in these organizations to get our synchronization software at a reduced price."

Synchronizing between Lotus Notes and Google is extremely simple. To get started, it´s necessary to define the Lotus Notes Mail File settings, which are automatically discovered on the program startup, so it´s only necessary to select those, and also specify Google credentials. That´s pretty much it. For those users who need advanced features, AweSync offers automatic scheduled synchronization at predefined intervals of time, or manual on-demand synchronization; full two-way synchronization, or one-way with defined data source, either Notes to Google, or Google to Notes; comprehensive conflict handling; selection of one or more Google calendars for synchronization and support for recurring events with rescheduling and cancellations.
