Amdocs Launches TM Forum Frameworx iPad/iPhone Application

Amdocs, the leading provider of customer experience systems, today announced the availability of the first interactive Frameworx application for Apple® smart devices.
The interactive application for Apple® smart devices, enables users to navigate quickly and easily through the multi-layered models of TM Forum’s Frameworx components, from the convenience of an iPhone or iPad.
The new Frameworx application, designed for communications industry professionals on the move, has made the entire Frameworx industry standards easily accessible to everyone, including the Business Process Framework (eTOM), Application Framework (TAM), Information Framework (SID) and all Interfaces.
Easy navigation, enhanced search capabilities, orientation maps, overview videos, and links to in-depth documentation on the TM Forum web site and member communities are all features of the new application. The application is available for download from the Apple App Store and will be migrated to other platforms such as android-operated devices in the future.
