Practicing law for nearly two decades, Paul was formerly a police officer with the Anaheim Police Department, and served the community as a former Judge Pro Tempore for the Superior Court. He is also admitted to the bar of the U.S. Supreme Court, and was sworn in during a special ceremony in which all nine justices were present.
