Hamptons wins at the 2011 Lettings Agency of the Year Awards
Hamptons International received the ultimate industry accolade this week by being crowned as the Gold winner of Best for Property Management, Bronze winner of Best for Training and Development and short-listed for Best for Luxury Lettings at the 2011 Lettings Agency of the Year Awards in association with The Sunday Times and The Times, held at the Lancaster London Hotel on Tuesday 7 June.

The event is recognised as one of the most important event in the Lettings industry calendar and attracted agents from across the country. It was once again supported by The Sunday Times and The Times, with the winners presented with their awards by one of Britain’s most successful athletes, Dame Kelly Holmes.
Hamptons International was delighted to receive the Awards. Lesley Cairns, Head of Lettings at Hamptons International, commented: “We are thrilled to have been recognised for our Property Management and Training and Development propositions. Gold for Property Management provides industry recognition for our commitment to delivering an exceptional service to our landlords and tenants. The Judges’ Report highlighted the particular qualities of Hamptons’ Property Management offering, stating: “Hamptons’ Property Management proposition is excellent… (its) approach is indicative of the care and attention Hamptons takes to everything it does… Communication is very confident and the team obviously understand the key to providing exceptional customer service and property management.”
On Hamptons’ Training and Development offering, the Judges’ Report pointed out: “Following their comprehensive and impressive induction process, the ongoing training programme inspires as it is 100% tailored to the individual’s strengths and career aspirations. The programme is based on the idea of “Beyond Expectation” and… is backed up by the “Firm Foundations” manual, a comprehensive guide which acts as the “golden thread” running through all Training & Development procedures.”
