The lounge at FBO 2000 affords travelers the ability to bypass the main terminal altogether, opting instead for the convenience of dedicated baggage couriers, customs and immigration officials, and a separate screening hall. Private VVIP rooms, gourmet finger foods, fine wines, Wi-Fi, indoor and outdoor seating are just a few of the amenities included. Currently available to passengers traveling to - or through Antigua - on private charters and select airlines only.

Spacious and elegantly appointed, the lounge at FBO 2000 is discreetly positioned away from the main terminal at VC Bird International on the Caribbean island of Antigua. Bypassing the usual airport routine, discerning travelers are heading straight to this airside facility to enjoy all the amenities of FBO 2000’s private departure lounge – complete with dedicated customs, immigration and passenger security screening halls.
Whereas most VIP lounges are land-side or accessible only after passengers have checked in, cleared immigration and customs and passed through security, the lounge at FBO 2000 provides its guests all of the aforementioned without ever asking them to stand in a single line. Upon entrance at Gate 10 – an area otherwise reserved for charters, private jets and other FBOs – guests are escorted to the lounge via their own car or taxi. Greeted by hostesses with cool towels, cold drinks and a selection of gourmet finger foods, guests find themselves relaxing in true VIP comfort within moments of arriving at the airport as airline-trained agents complete their check-in and process immigration documents before transferring checked baggage to the airline.
Offering both indoor and outdoor seating, the lounge further affords guests the option of spending their last moments on island soaking up the sun or enjoying a cool, evening breeze. Complimentary amenities include a selection of fine wines, high speed WI-FI, business center with fax and printing capabilities, shower facilities, 3 cable televisions, international reading materials and access to a quiet room and/or VVIP room. Cuban cigars, international fax and phone calls, and a selection of duty free items are available for purchase.
