Get tweeting for a chance to win a $100 gas card
TORONTO, July 25, 2011 - Kanetix.ca® announces the launch of a 10-day Twitter contest, which gives Canadians the chance to win a $100 gas card. This is the second contest of its kind for Kanetix.ca, a quote comparison website for a variety of insurance and financial products.
Kanetix is excited to offer their current Twitter followers, as well as any new followers, an opportunity to ease the strain they are feeling at the pumps. With gas prices on the rise, Kanetix recognizes that many motorists are looking for ways to economize on their gas spending.
The previous Twitter contest, in June, was so well-received that Kanetix decided to run another to help Canadians who continue to see high gas prices at their local gas station.
The last Twitter contest winner drove a vehicle high on fuel consumption and felt a sense of relief when she found out she was the winner.
"I can't explain the excitement I'm feeling especially since we drive a gas guzzling SUV," says Marla Pollard, contest winner.
Tweeps who want to enter the contest will have 10-days to do so beginning on July 25th, 2011. Entry for the contest is simple; all an entrant has to do is become a Kanetix follower and tweet the official contest tweet: I want a $100 gas card from @KanetixLtd! Follow & RT to enter http://bit.ly/mNtkYM #kanetixcarinsurance. To increase chances of winning, entrants are allowed one entry per day. For more information about the contest and the official rules please visit the contest page.
Kanetix wishes all entrants the best of luck.
