Now for the very first time in Ahmedabad city, arrives a perfect Cafe Destination – Cafe Winter Garden, for people who give priority to Health Meals after a relaxing and rejuvenating treatment at the Orient Spa. Cafe Winter Garden is the venue, located on the 4th floor of the latest 5 star business hotel in Ahmedabad, Cambay Grand. Amidst a setting of subdued, calm avocado green will be the retreat for the well heeled that crave & care for delicious and nutritious food without compromising on taste!
Inspired from world Spa Cusines, our accent on the food fare is on healthy, light and refreshing cuisine that also aids in quicker metabolism and helps in detoxification of the body. As a holistic approach to food is an integral part of any wellness regimen, and the rejuvenation programs associated with the orient Spa Health Programs, we offer a wide range of salads, cream based to light vinegar and olive oil based that will help to quench and beat the summer heat. Our hot and cold soups including gazpachos are designed to cool the stress and grime of the hot summer months to come. Light non-veg & veg main course is on the recipe menu and what’s more, the desserts are fruit based, low sugar, fat free and contemporary too.
On the offering are sugar free smoothies, iced teas, and decaffeinated coffee with various flavors as well. Hot beverages also include digestive tea for pumping up the digestive system, tea for diabetics, relaxing tea to beat anxiety, green tea & slimming tea to aid & compliment the slimming programs from the Orient Spa, and also a wide range of spa herbal tea’ to suit your mood. Organic tea, tulsi tea, will satiate the traditional Indian tea lovers’ palate too.
Another highlight of the Cafe Winter Garden is the light and frothy unlimited food menu at the special relaxing hi–tea between 3.00pm to 7.00 pm which is specially planned for ladies kitty parties or a quick post business lunch or an early light dinner for working executives. The delectables on this hi-tea menu are the European themed gourmet pastries, crackers, with customized toppings etc.
Since wellness, fitness, makeover & holistic approach to food is the theme on the 4th floor of Cambay Grand, we have taken care to include ingredients that are low on salt, high on fibre, local to exotic flavors and keep a good aesthetic presentation to the delight of the 5 senses of our esteemed patrons.
We serve you with pleasure on all days of the week. Lunch hours are from 11:00am to 3:00 pm, dinner hours are from 7:00pm to 11:00pm, with the special unlimited hi-tea buffet between 3:00pm to 7:00pm.
