NASSCOM instituted these awards this year, with Mercer as the knowledge partner. The awards seek to recognize industry best practices towards developing a high caliber, future ready workforce. CRISIL GR&A has won the award for the breadth, depth, complexity and the geographical reach of its skill enhancement initiatives in three main categories – technical, behavioral and leadership. In addition, almost all of the skill enhancement initiatives are developed and run internally.
