Ditch also lent his song “Smoke It Up” featuring Eek-A-Mouse to the soundtrack for the upcoming Jack Herer Documentary “The Emperor Wears No Clothes” and has also performed on many medical marijuana expos such as the Kush Expo in 2009 at the Anaheim convention center, where he joined fellow tour mates Mystic Roots.

The medicinal value of cannabis continues to be very controversial and a large majority of national governments continue to not recognize the use of plant parts from the plant cannabis plant as something that doctors can recommend to their patients. A number of governments however do allow the use of synthetic cannabinoids for use in treating one or more disorders. Supporters of medical cannabis argue that cannabis does have several well-documented beneficial effects. Among these are: the amelioration of nausea and vomiting, stimulation of hunger in chemotherapy and AIDS patients, lowered interocular eye pressure (shown to be effective for treating glaucoma), as well as gastrointestinal illness. This event support s those people who are in dire need of the medicine.
