This merger will make the joint company one of the largest and most comprehensive ultrasonic cleaning companies in Europe.
Offering a complete process package and over 30 years’ experience in ultrasonic cleaning the joint company have moved to a new and larger manufacturing facility in Dewsbury.
The merger of these two market leaders will operate under the Sonic Solutions name with the Caresonic trade mark continuing to be used for the equipment range.
This is an exciting development to build on the success that both companies have had in the industry and strengthens the overall service offer to the customer.
