Hilsonic www.hilsonic.co.uk are pleased to announce their supply of two pieces of large scale ultrasonic cleaning equipment to separate clients for use in the power generation service support industry.

"We are proud to announce that we have recently supplied two IST4000 ultrasonic cleaners to sites outside the U.K. further increasing our overseas export. These ultrasonic systems are to be used for cleaning large scale engine components seen in both the power generation, marine / shipping industries. Our ultrasonic systems for the marine and power generation industries are built to a unique design to meet the extremely challenging application and environmental conditions often seen in this heavy industry. The use of ultrasonics has been proven many times as a method of removing contamination from areas where other cleaning methods fail typical. Examples of this include blind holes, internal passages in engine blocks, fuel lines, areas between two close fitting surfaces as seen in heat exchangers, oil coolers stainless steel filters and intercoolers as well as the more standard applications such as cylinder heads, pistons, valves and the like. Our Intercooler range is designed specifically for the application using a system that balances the use of ultrasonics with other treatment methods within the system to ensure cleanliness. The design of IST 4000 ultrasonic cleaner system has been a process that has to take in a number of specific requirements gathered from client consultations and feedback from the numerous Hilsonic systems already in the field factors that include including the time required for processing, the varying components to be presented to the system and the final cleanliness level required.
It is this style of bespoke manufacture that has earned Hilsonic the title “ The Engineers Choice.” Producing ultrasonic cleaning equipment specific to solve their cleaning requirements of our many clients.
