September 9, 2011: Yashraj Films’ Imran Khan - Katrina Kaif starrer ‘Mere Brother Ki Dulhan’ screens in 623 UFO digital theatres for the week of September 9-15, 2011. Salman Khan starrer ‘Bodyguard’, which created a new record by screening in over 1,100 UFO Digital Theatres across India in its first week, continues its reign in 798 UFO digital theatres in the second week. Promoted and owned by the Valuable Group, UFO Moviez, the world’s largest satellite delivered digital cinema platform, has revolutionized the way films are distributed and exhibited throughout India.
In terms of non-Hindi films, Tamil film ‘Mankatha’, which released on August 31, 2011, is still going strong and screens in 112 UFO digital theatres. Telugu film ‘Kandireega’, which released on August 12, 2011, screens in 63 UFO digital theatres. New Telugu (dubbed) film release ‘Gambler’ screens in 49 UFO digital theatres. Malayalam film ‘Tejabhai And Family’, which released on August 30, 2011, screens in 44 UFO digital theatres this week. New Kannada film ‘Life Isthene’ screens in 35 UFO digital theatres.
