Kent Clothier is a very successful investor in the Memphis, Tennessee area and together with his family runs the organization MemphisInvest.Com. Kent and his family have bought and sold over 1,000 properties since 2005. In addition they own over 150 rental properties and manage an additional 800 properties for their investor clients.
Lex Levinrad is an accomplished South Florida real estate investor. Levinrad is the founder of the Distressed Real Estate Institute which teaches new investors how to invest in foreclosures, bank owned properties and short sales. Lex has trained hundreds of students in South Florida and hosts the Distressed Real Estate Boot Camp and Bus Trip which is held a few times a year in various South Florida locations. Levinrad is also the founder of the Distressed Real Estate Investor’s Association which will be hosting this real estate meeting.
