The top Indian restaurant Cinnamon Club, famed for its contemporary take on regional Indian culinary traditions, is taking a trip across the Indian Ocean to celebrate the cuisine of Malaysia.
Best known for it’s idyllic landscapes and white sandy beaches, Malaysia is also famed for its plethora of exquisite places to dive and an ocean that has an abundance of incredible fish and seafood.
The inspired Malaysian seafood menu, created by The Cinnamon Club’s upcoming chef Sankar Chandrasekhar, will be available now, until the end of August. Following the restaurants renowned modern Indian food cooking style and immaculate presentation the menu’s innovative approach combines spice from the subcontinent with the best British ingredients.
The Indo-Malay menu and will feature stunning seafood dishes highlighting the best of both cuisines and will take guests on a culinary journey that challenges them to try something new.
