Tuscan Arizona Consumers Complain About Telemarketing
Companies using internet advertising are able to more closely target customers who will already be looking for their products, either by typing in search terms such as “Solar panel installation Tuscan” or by looking on relevant websites such as home improvement or environmental interest sites.

The Tuscan Citizen News website has reported that residents have complained of aggressive tele-marketing calls from a Phoenix solar panel installation firm. The South Arizona “Better Business Bureau” has begun to spread the word and warn consumers about the solar panel firm “Green Alliance” and encourages consumers not to be fooled by the misleading telephone calls.
Green Alliance has allegedly made unsolicited calls to Arizona residents even though their names and numbers are listed on the National Do Not Call Registry. Of the many complaints received by the BBB, the majority were from consumers who had felt offended by the aggressive and rude nature of the telemarketing representatives.
With tele-marketing become immensely unpopular with consumers, and the existence of schemes such as the National Do Not Call Registry, the question is raised as to whether telephone marketing is still ethical and indeed still profitable. Most consumers hate to be interrupted at home by unsolicited telephone calls. With the economy in the poor state that it is, consumers are reluctant to spend money impulsively and are much more likely to research and investigate into cheaper products and services and those that offer the best value for money.
Firms that embark on tele-marketing campaigns run the risk of alienating potential customers. One recommendation from Tuscan Search Engine Optimization firm Dynamic Search is for such companies to rethink their marketing strategy and adapt it for modern times. As consumers are much more likely to carry out research before they buy, the first place they will turn to for their research is the internet. Dynamic Search recommends that businesses looking to grow their customer base are better off investing their marketing budget in to an online advertising campaign.
Advertising on line is a much less intrusive process, and with the improvement of internet advertising schemes such as Google’s Adwords, on line advertising has become much more relevant to internet users’ personal tastes.
Companies using internet advertising are able to more closely target customers who will already be looking for their products, either by typing in search terms such as “Solar panel installation Tuscan” or by looking on relevant websites such as home improvement or environmental interest sites. These consumers are much more likely to take notice of a relevant and natural recommendation that they are of an unwelcome telephone call interrupting their daily activities.
In these tough times companies need to listen even more closely to what their potential customers are saying, and to closely monitor the result of any marketing campaigns to ensure their budgets are used wisely.
