The 4th edition of India Art Fair ( http://www.indiaartfair.in ) will feature 94 exhibitors from 19 countries, together presenting over 1000 artists in over 20,000 sqm of prime exhibition space in the heart of South Delhi. Along with prominent Indian galleries from 8 cities across the country, showing for the first time at the fair, will also be some of the world’s leading galleries like White Cube, Hauser & Wirth and Galleria Continua to name a few. Over its first 3 editions, India Art Fair has attracted over 170,000 visitors, and the 4th edition offers an unparalleled opportunity to experience the region’s vibrant art community and some of the world’s finest modern and contemporary art in New Delhi.
The Speakers' Forum will take place from 26-29 January. The programme will feature 50 world renowned curators, critics, artists, and collectors from India and overseas. Sessions are curated by prestigious organizations from around the world including Asia Art Archive (Hong Kong), Jawaharlal Nehru University (Delhi), Asia Society and the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce (FICCI).
A dedicated Video Lounge, site-specific Art Projects, Curated Walks, and an Art Merchandise and Book Store will provide a diverse and memorable art experience. Alongside the fair, an exciting series of Collateral Events will take place across the city, making Delhi a cultural hotspot for that duration. The upcoming edition of the art fair ( http://www.indiaartfair.in ) is partnered by Absolut, Financial Times, Conde Nast, Sotheby’s, Harley Davidson and Officine Panerai.
