Managed Service Providers (MSPs) have long struggled to represent their services and value to the Small & Medium Business (SMB) market. That is until today when a Florida-based company, BrightGauge Software, releases a major version upgrade of its web-based software at Connectwise’s yearly partner conference, IT Nation.

According to a recent study conducted by NPD Group, a leading provider in market research concluded that the headaches of companies having to deal with IT-related problems, which causes day-to-day disruptions, has led to an explosion in demand for managed services and expects demand to increase through 2020. This study coincides with another recent study by the CTI Group and Forbes Insight revealing that SMB’s still struggle to understand the value of MSP services even as they are signing up for them.
BrightGauge takes aim at this problem with two important features, the Custom Report Builder and Customer Portal, which Dosal describes as a branded solution providing MSP clients only the information they need anytime, from anywhere.
