Laguna Hills, CA – November 17, 2011 - Jack Werner, Vice President of Signworld, recently participated in The Entrepreneur’s Source’s Regional Franchise Showcasein Philadelphia, PA. The franchise showcase was open to the public and showcased 80+ franchise and business opportunity concepts that offered turn-key entry into just about any industry from signage to smoothies. Jack Warner spent time with the Entrepreneur’s Source Coaches local to the region and helped them learn more about Signworld and what it takes to be successful in the sign industry, so that each coach could better assist their clients.
To aide in the education of each coach, Jack Werner chartered a bus with 30 TES Coaches and headed off to Sunrise Signs, a Signworld location owned by Adam Sokoloff in Gloucester, NJ. . The short excursion, which took place the day before the franchise showcase, allowed each coach to see a working facility and put a “face with the name”, so to speak. Each coach was able to ask their questions and see the answers rather than hear the answer.
Jack Warner said of the field trip, “I think these teaching opportunities are important. The business-to-business commercial sign solution that Signworld offers is very different than the retail models of our franchise counterparts. The only way that we can effectively help the coaches understand that is to take them to a working facility and let them see it first-hand. As each coach learns more and more about our model and the right candidate for our opportunity, the better job they can do for their clients in pairing them with the right concepts.”
The regional franchise show was attended by well over 1000 individuals who were ready to investigate the world of small business ownership and leave their days as an ordinary employee behind. Jack spent time with each individual that stopped by the Signworld booth and helped them understand the Signworld business model, the features of the sign business, as well as the income potential and lifestyle attributes that they could experience as a part of the Signworld family.
“Trying to figure out what we all want to do when we “grow up” is a tough and daunting task. There are so many franchise and business opportunities out there that it almost becomes an impossible task to find the “right” franchise on your own. TES has done an amazing job of helping their clients through the process and these regional shows allow for us as well as the other quality franchise concepts to showcase themselves with the assistance of an organization that will help coach each person that walks the show floor.” said Jack Warner.
