AKVIS NatureArt offers eight nature effects: Rain, Sun, Water, Lightning, Clouds, Frost, Fire, and Ice (http://akvis.com/en/natureart-tutorial/effects/index.php). From these eight effects a user can create an even wider variety of natural phenomenon: make snow from rain, transform the sun into the moon or a star, and more.
