Tom Cruise returns in the highly touted and much-anticipated Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol, the latest in the Mission Impossible series of movies. Ethan Hunt, portrayed by Tom Cruise, has brought together a new and exciting team that will help him in the enlistment of a number of new recruits. One of the new recruits includes Simon Pegg.
The reason for this is because these recruits have been gathered together in order to clear the IMF's name after it was wrongly blamed for a terrorist plot that released a large number of bombs in a variety of cities around the world. As the organization is forced into a total shutdown, Ethan Hunt and his team are then forced to go undercover. They will not have any help, any contacts and there are assuredly no limits in the team's most grueling assignment that they have ever experienced.
Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol is the next installment of the wildly successful saga, Mission Impossible, and is fully loaded with action and more adrenaline than has ever been portrayed before in any one of the Mission Impossible movies. In the film trailer, Ethan Hunt is wildly running away from a large number of explosions that were taking place in the Kremlin. While he is on the phone, he was blamed for these bombings on the Kremlin, and was subsequently told that the president has initiated Ghost Protocol because of it. He was also then informed that the entire IMF has been disavowed.
His mission, if he chooses to accept it, is… followed by a wild car crash. Hunt is unable to learn what his new mission is. Ethan then informs his team that the secretary is dead. It is now only Ethan and his team, which is played by Jeremy Renner, Paula Patton and Simon Pegg left to pursue justice. Ethan then pronounces to his team that they are the only four members of the IMF that are remaining, and that there is no support, no safe houses and no extraction.
Mission Impossible Ghost Protocol is a wildly exciting movie that is replete with car crashes, shootings, rockets, explosions and is the most intense and adrenaline packed movie ever created. This action adventure film is anticipated to be released on December 30, 2011. It is directed by Brad Bird, and it runs for just over two hours.
