Speaking on the occasion, Jack Warner said, “Landmark Sign Company, is a Signworld location in St. Louis, MO. Mike and his team have been exceptional with their designs and implementations. It did not come to us as a surprise when the top management at The Mercantile Exchange selected them as their preferred sign vendors. Landmark Sign Company maintains high quality standards and Mike himself makes sure that all standards are met.”
The mammoth sign display for The Mercantile Exchange was large format digitally printed and laminated vinyl expertly designed artwork. Dynamic colors having larger shelf live were used to panel together the graphics for the job. “These large displays have become the cynosure at this business junction. Mike and his team professionally installed these displays onto thousands of square feet of 1st and 2nd floor window space at The Mercantile Exchange to create another landmark in downtown St. Louis”, said Jack Werner.
The Mercantile Exchange (MX) is an emerging mixed-used district in Downtown St. Louis. The Mercantile Exchange (MX) is downtown St. Louis’ newest shopping, dining, entertainment, arts & culture, commercial and residential destination. The district is comprised of the area surrounding the MX and Laurel Buildings at 7th Street and Washington Avenue in downtown St. Louis. The MX district, at the foot of the Eads Bridge, has long been a gathering point for commerce, shopping and hospitality in the region. The MX development team brings deep local market knowledge and a successful track record, delivering some of America's most lively mixed-use high amenity neighborhoods, such as Harbor East in Baltimore and Portland's famous Pearl District. By and large, it can be said about The MX, that it is a diverse, high-amenity district at the nexus of downtown St. Louis' business, tourism and entertainment centers.
Jack Warner, VP of Signworld said, “Mike and his team created great window graphics was to attract more attention to this specific building and increase foot-traffic through its doors. The management of The Mercantile Exchange is extremely pleased with the quality of work and out of the box creative designs done by Landmark Sign Company, which has landed them a bigger deal from the same provider. I congratulate Mike and his team for this great achievement and wish them luck for all future endeavors.”
