Environmental Landscape Associates in Bucks County was awarded its 15th Pennsylvania Landscape & Nursery Association landscape design award this year. The PLNA represents horticultural business in Pennsylvania and the companies that supply them. Their award program recognizes and honors the professions responsible for the design, installation and maintenance of professional quality residential and commercial landscape projects.
The award was given to ELA for the landscape services they did for the Hamada Residence’s theme garden. The landscape design concept was Japanese-style and included classic Japanese motifs in the entry pergola, outdoor fireplace, outdoor kitchen and timber frame roof. The patio areas were created with granite paving that accented and tied together the various project features. The fencing was created with black bamboo panels and IPE wood framing.
