Brass Fittings India (BFI) have recently commenced production of Brass fasteners at their GIDC jamnagar unit with an
installed capacity of 1about 120 Tons/Month. They have an installed German and Swiss auto slide turning machines and CNC
turning centers which can gurantee continuolus supply of high quality material.
Major customers for these products could be Automotive and electrical companies like ABB, Havells, L& T, Crompton Greaves,
LMW etc. Pilot batches have been sent to major OEMs and the quality has been well received in the market.
The project has been financed by a local bank to the tune of 4.5 mn USD and there will be a PE investment soon as the
company grows with the final target of an IPO in 4 -5 years down the line.
