SynapseIndia celebrated its 12th birthday on 13th February'2012. This was an eventful occasion and SynapseIndia employees enjoyed it at fullest.

SynapseIndia's stepped into its 12th year, and the company celebrated a grand birthday bash on this occasion. Mr. Shamit Khemka, CEO of the company seemed quite happy with the overall performance of the teams and appreciated and thanked all for their efforts. Addressing the employees, Mr. Khemka said, “We need to redefine ourselves. 2011 was a great year for us, and we are looking forward to break our boundaries in the coming year.
There were few announcements he maid on the occasion. He declared there will be a new and refurbished incentive polices and these will be on work since the mid of this year. Mr Khemka also added, “We are going to expand ourselves, and we are planning to establish our third office building.” This needs mentioning that SynapseIndia has two operation points in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, having more than 250 employees. Several awards of appreciation including promotions were also declared making it a more meaningful event for the employees.
12th foundation day party of SynapseIndia was a colorful and lively event. There was a series of games and fun activities and employees from different departments took part in them. Employees also took part in cultural activities and have added glitters with their talents. There was a concluding dinner to wrap up.
According to sources, SynapseIndia's 12th birthday celebration was extended to a group trip to Sohana, an adventure park. This was a one day trip and employees went with their with their families to taste few adventure sports like Paintball, Rappelling, Quad Biking and Para Sailing. The trip was wholly sponsored by SynapseIndia.
SynpaseIndia is always sport for entertainment and encourages it's employees to take part in recreational activities, which help them keep going. The company celebrates Holi, Diwali, Lohri, Christmas, Independence Day, Republic Day etc. with same zeal.
