The first wire mesh welding machine that made by Golden Spot was a semi-automatic mesh welding machine which has to feed the wire manually. The semi-auto welder had been popular and laid the foundation for the development of export market for Golden Spot; and yet, in order to meet emerging markets and consumer trends, Golden Spot created the second-to-none model- GSA-125C.
GSA-125C Wire Mesh Welding Machine has automatic wire feeding system. It has 2 sets of wire feeding device; one is driven by the converter motor for delivering the wires into the wire accumulator, and the other one is driven by the servo motor for sending the wires into the welding machine. Both of them can weld the wire mesh pitch precisely and perfectly. Thanks for the smart devices; it saves labor costs and higher production rate. Nowadays, the model is successfully marketed to Europe, South America and South Africa area.
What's more, the controlling system of GSA-125C adopts PLC with colored user-friendly Human-machine interface windows, all the parameter and data can be set on the screen directly. Fault diagnostic system with picture indication for fast removing of machine errors. It is simple to operate and maintain the machine by this controlling system.
