AAIT is an acronym for autologous adoptive immune therapy and describes a therapy derived from the patient's own blood, and is re-infused during treatment. There are myriad strategies for immunotherapy and just as many treatments that fall under the heading “autologous adoptive immunotherapy.” That being said – not all options are comparable.
Enivta's immune therapy, AAIT, involves 4 major cell types including:
