Two heads are better than one - Even the smallest businesses are learning that it is better to seek help in business life than to learn through costly mistakes. Stephen Kay is a business coach in Port Kennedy and Naval Base who helps people understand their potential (and limitations) and guides them to be a better business owner. Through his company Action Coach, he has mentored more than 90 businesses on a one on one basis, and has helped them transform their attitude about business policies.
Some of the key areas where Stephen undertakes to help businesses include:

"I can connect to business owners at a personal level, because like them I was also in the 'I'd like to be self-made' mindset. Not until I sought help from professionals about the right business structure, people and systems that I could achieve success. And once that happened, there was no looking back; I could afford to retire from by business when I was just 35," says Stephen. After his retirement Stephen joined Action Coach to take business coaching to an all new level. He now conducts business coaching in Rockingham, Kwinana and Naval Base. He also serves as a business coach in Maddington.
