The houses shall be contracted on rent for three years, during which we guarantee rent paid directly from the Company's bank account to the landlord's account. The rent is paid in advance. At the end of the contract term, the property shall be handed back and damages if any shall be borne by the Company along with compensation," says the spokesperson for Local Strategic Housing.
The properties are displayed through the lsh4landlords site. Interested landlords can contact the Company through the site by filing a contact form, or simply call them for more information. They also have a specialist team comprised of 25 experienced professionals who look after the properties that are rented from private landlords. These dedicated housing officers are responsible for the upkeep of the property.
"We make a continuous effort to stay in contact with touch with the public sector, and have even introduced a range of services to make us more easily available to our partners," adds the spokesperson. The entire process is simple and without any hassle. "Once your property is selected, a Property Acquisition Officer shall guide you about the details that are required," adds the spokesperson.
