Young Pioneer Tours has announced a range of new itineraries for intrepid travellers seeking to go on a North Korea tour. With competitors charging on average 35% more than Young Pioneers, these new itineraries offer younger travellers on a budget the chance to travel around one of the most interesting and unique countries in the world.
How to travel to North Korea?
- On the June football tour, travellers will get the chance to take part in a five-a-side football tournament in the DPRK. Play against locals, and visit a range of sporting facilities and stadiums throughout the country. Participants on this exciting itinerary can take part from just 995 euros.
- On the August Paekdu, Chongjin and East Coast tour, visit some of the least visited parts of North Korea in the north-east of the country, near both the Chinese and Russian borders. A fascinating itinerary for people who have visited North Korea once or twice before. Prices start from 1195 Euros.
- The Arirang express tour offers visitors who want to travel to North Korea for a quick trip a great opportunity to see the country and world-famous Mass Games (Arirang) festival. This ultra quickArirang tour gives customers two full days and nights in the DPRK, taking advantage of the late Air China return flight to Beijing. Prices from just 860 Euros
Young Pioneer Tours is the first company to offer budget North Korea tours. Since being formed we have taken hundreds of people to this most unique of places, both independently, and through our legendarily fun group tours, and as such not only have a great understanding of the country, but enjoy flawless relations with our partners in Pyongyang.
Every company has there own ethos and demographic, and for us it taking people on a great tour that does far more than just show around a few designated sites, but to show the 'real' Korea, taking our guests to places other companies do not dare to. We know North Korea, and our tours deliver an unforgettable experience that will stay with you for life.
In our experience we also tend to have the youngest demographic of anyone currently running tours here, although we are not exclusive, young at heart is enough to qualify you as a Young Pioneer. All of our group tours are not only led by one of our western experts, who are all partners in the company, but all tours are capped at a MAXIMUM of 25 people, thus avoiding that being led round like cattle feeling. No following flags, no colour coded caps, and lots of flexibility with what we do. Those of us of a travel persuasion tend not to like group tours, and YPT understand that, we are group for people that do not like group tours. We are travelers like you, and we deliver a hell of a time.
