Pacific Fertility Center announces the implementation of a new In Vitro Fertilization financial package for patients undergoing In Vitro Fertilization treatment.
In 1997, PFCLA pioneered one of the most revolutionary financial programs in the field of medicine by sharing financial risk with their patients (The Refund Plan), in the form of monetary refunds in case of failure to achieve a pregnancy with In Vitro Fertilization.
Now Pacific Fertility is excited to announce, an IVF Payment Plan package. The details of the plan are as follows:
1. Patients with a combined family income of less than $100,000 can qualify to participate in this plan if they are candidates to receive In Vitro Fertilization as a treatment for their infertility.
2. A down payment of $3500 is needed at the commencement of the IVF cycle.
3. Subsequently, $200/month is paid for 18 Months.
4. If the fresh cycle fails, the second fresh cycle is for $2500 and the third cycle is $1500. Payments do not increase.
5. Medications/Testing not included.
